Little Update..

Things have been going well for the Lee's this past month.. Then we got the LETTER... Terry works for Freeport.. the mine Copper, this letter stated that there was to be a huge lay off coming, starting in Feb. They are going to lay off 1500 people.

Terry thought he was going to be safe but then yesterday in class he found out the no matter what the schooling was still going to be paid for next year but that his job may or may not be in the picture. The program that Terry is in is connected with EA the college down here, he has his schooling paid for and he works out at the mine and come May 09 he would be hired on full time, He only gets 20 hours a week now.. So now what? Well he has to wait to find out if he is or isn't going to be laid off, he should find out in the next couple of weeks.

He is really good, he doesn't worry, but anyone that knows me KNOW that I WORRY.. I am really trying to have faith that things will work out and that he won't get laid off he can finish his everything and at the end of the 3rd year ( He owes the mine 1 full year after May 2010) we could find a job at a power plant because he would be a certified Journeymen. So here I am thinking everything fell into place for us this time last year, Terry knew things were getting slow at Ballard Truss and that lay offs were coming so we found out about this program and he was excepted, we knew the first year would be hard but May 09 would come and we could make it, now not even a year later he could be laid off again, I'm thinking what are we supposed to learn from this, What if this happens, What are we going to do... WHAT IF's. So here is my thinking, if he does get laid off there is something better out there for us.. Heavenly Father has his hand in all things, I am a very firm believer in that all things happen for a reason.. Now it in his hands..

It just hard to stay upbeat and not to worry :(

As for Titan he is eating like crazy and rolling EVERYWHERE getting into EVERYTHING! He gets up on his knees a lot more and should be crawling in the next couple of weeks (we hope). He is such a joy to us and we love having him in our lives.. No teeth yet but that should be coming so as well.

As for me, well like i said earlier trying to stay optimistic and not worry so much, I am taking an aerobics class and its kicking my butt, That last time I remember working this hard It was when I was a cheerleader.. I felt like my coach was a work out NAZI! But man I think I'm going to die every time I go.. I am also taking a computer class online and a scrapbook class..

I hope things are going well for all of our family and friends!

Date Night

Terry and I were able to go on a date while we were up in Mesa, Terry's sister Zonnie took care of Titan for us and we got all dressed up and went out on the town.

I have been saving all my hair cutting money to go to the Melting Pot and it was so worth it.

Thanks Zonnie for watching Titan for us.

It was a much needed night and I love how Terry holds my hand and puts his arm around me when we go out.. I know I sound all mushy but I love you Terry.

Temple Lights

We had the opportunity this year to go and see the Temple Lights the weekend before we flew out to San Diego.. We invited a Family friends or ours to go check them out with us. They are non members and they have so much respect for our choice of Religion so we invited them to go and the accepted..

The Buggs are the family that went with us. Milton, Michelle, Tre, Mason and Mattice (sp?) These are very important people to me, They have helped me through so much of things, they have shared there lives with me and let me be apart of it. The boys were our ring bearers at our wedding. We love to spend time with them and this was a perfect opportunity to do so.

Before we walked on the temple grounds Milton ( the Dad ) told the boys who are all under the age of 10 that they needed to be respectful and that this was the lords ground so and to behave.. the all did so.. I love how they can take their kids anywhere and they behave so well, we only hope that Titan will be like the boys in that way..

Early Christmas for the Lee's

Terry and I decided spure of the moment on A Saturday that happened to be 2 weeks give or take before Christmas that we were going to do our Christmas right now.. So we opened up all our presents! :) Titan was asleep while we were opening ours but he got to get his when he woke up..

Terry's grand adventure...

This is Terry's coyote... He went out calling with a friend Kyler Merrill and they had been out all morning.. and finally they gave up and as they were driving to head home Kyler says COYOTE.. They both got out Terry got down on one knee and Took a shot.. He was pretty sure he hadn't gotten it but they didn't see where it went... So they walk down to try and find it and low and behold he had SHOT IT!!! But it was still alive so they shot it again to kill it.

He called me on his way home and told me he had killed one! So excited he was.. So I went over to our friends house and took what seemed like a million pictures! But we had to document it.

They themselves even skinned it in Kyler's backyard.. GROSS! They dried it out and whenever Terry had the chance he's working on scrapping actual bits of dried flesh of the coyote.

The whole time I was there taking pictures all I kept saying is " you killed it" "She prob has babies somewhere" And Terry's responses were " Heather its a boy and they don't have babies till spring"...
